All's well and good, except as it turns out, this game is more than a program, it's a full-scale digital recreation of a small galaxy - which, if you've studied your digitalism philosophy, means that it's a universe.
This SCP is a 4X strategy game, mechanically best described as the hyper-detailed game Aurora with actual graphics, which due to its anomalous nature actually runs pretty well (which given how Aurora has so many systems it slows down the game when being almost entirely text and spreadsheets, is your first warning sign), with elements from the Foundation's own cosmology.
